Pick-Me-Up Juice Recipe

Since my kitchen has been under construction the past few days, eating out has been my only option. Fortunately, I’ve still been able to use my juicer! Since I’ve been sick the past couple of days and haven’t had much energy, I decided to make a juice today that was enriched with a lot of vitamin C. Here is the recipe in case you are in a need of a little pick-me-up:

  • ·      1 red bell pepper (bell peppers are high in vitamin C)
  • ·      1 red apple
  • ·      1 pear
  • ·      1 lime
  • ·      Half an inch of ginger


Directions:

  1. Wash all your ingredients. 
  2. Peeling your fruit is optional. I personally always peel the lime since it leaves me with a bitter aftertaste, but that's just me.
  3. Add them to your juicer and enjoy!
